Default Currency

Unless otherwise stated, the default currency is New Zealand Dollars.

And if you wish to pay directly to our BNZ Account the number is 02-0820-0120120-00 however pleae identify who you are and what you want by separate email!

Delivery

All deliveries will be made by the method of your choice in the checkout section of the shopping cart, by mail or by Courier, and direct to your door. Please ensure that when placing your order you advise us of any special delivery instructions, especially if you are likely to be away from home when the courier calls.

Refunds

Choose carefully, there well be no refunds.

Any shortages or breakages must be reported to ECOCHEM Limited within 24 hours, preferably by email and quoting your purchase details.

All items purchased from ECOCHEM Limited are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
