Spice – Odour Masking Disinfectant

Spice has an outstanding ability to create a pleasant atmosphere in environments that are prone to malodours.

Spice contains a long lasting spicy deodorising perfume especially complexed to destroy amine type odours. This technology allows the product to “Spice” urine and ammoniacal odours that are particularly offensive.

Spice finds use as a very pleasant smelling general purpose disinfectant and air freshener, however its outstanding utility is in creating a pleasant atmosphere in “difficult” areas. Thus Spice should be considered for all bathrooms, toilets, changing rooms, public toilets, camping ground ablutions, fish factories, and areas where animals are housed.

Spice contains greater than 1.5% alkylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride sanitiser to kill and help prevent the regrowth of malodorous bacteria when used at the recommended dilution.

Directions

DISINFECTING	Dilute to 1.25% (1:80) in cold or warm water.
SANITISING	Dilute to 5% (1:20) in cold or warm water, allow at least 10 minutes contact time before rinsing.
AIR FRESHENING	Spray 5% SPICE taking care not to inhale mist.

Technical

Spice contains complexed spicy perfume, non-ionic surfactants, food dyes, and greater than 1.5% alkylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride. It may be identified by it’s clear light green ap- pearance, neutral (7.0+ 0.5) pH, and a minimum of 5.5% solids by RI.

Spice is available in 200L, 20L, 4X5L, and 5L quantities.

First Aid

SKIN CONTACT: Wash from skin with cold water.

INGESTION: Do not induce vomiting, drink 2 glasses of milk, water or fruit juice. Call doctor.

EYES: Flush for 15 minutes with cold water. Visit doctor.
