Episafe – Anti-microbial soft soap
Unperfumed for food areas – NZFSA approved C51 – Bioegradable
Episafe is used by the food industry to keep hands clean and free from infection.
Episafe is also used in non-food areas to minimise the risk of skin infections from abrasive work, and will replace most solvent or abrasive soaps to make most people happier.
Episafe is hypoallergenic so people that are at risk from dermatitis can clean their hands safely.
Directions
Use Episafe with hot or cold water frequently during the day to keep hands hygienically clean and to prevent infection.
We recommend that dispensers be cleaned of all residues of previous product, then rinsed with potable water prior to changing to Episafe.
When refilling dispensers ensure all storage and transfer equipment is clean prior to use and cleaned after use. This procedure will help to ensure that an organism resistant to the special low-irritant preservative contained in Episafe is not ac- cidentally cultured.
Technical
Episafe contains special mild coconut oil derivatives and amphoteric surfactants to thoroughly clean and condition hands. The faint coconut odour exhibited by these naturally derived bases has proven both pleasant and acceptable in all applications.
Episafe is unaffected by water hardness ‐ leaves no ring around the basin.
Episafe contains glycerine to moisturise and nourish skin and antiseptic preservative chosen especially for its low-irritancy properties.
Episafe may be identified by its pearly white colour, pH between 6.5 to 6.8, and solids content 10% minimum by RI.
Episafe is supplied in either 200L, 4x5L or 5L packs.
